      Work from home and flexible.

      Cons

      No raises. Seriously there are people there same position 3 to 4 years and no raises. I was there for almost 3 years and no raises. No incentive to stay. No support. I was a Project Manager,/ Data Analyst/ Business Analyst and SME because the only business people available were customer service agents. At the end of the day leadership was telling me as a project manager I had to get this done, yet I had no support.

      Good people, work from home. Great Supervisors

      Cons

      Management is out for themselves. They are never active unless it's hurting them. Pay is pitiful for what we have to put up with and all different skills we are trained in. Zero room for advancement. They will send you emails about how much money they are making. While paying you terribly.
