      Chaos, sinking ship

      Pros

      Most people are very nice. If you like working at home, that is an option for many. I have learned a lot here. But since Conduent.....what a mess! Do NOT leave any reasonably good job to come here for a better opportunity. It is NOT (right now, anyway). I am sad to say all of this. ....I have been here many years.

      Cons

      Choas. A mess. Very stressful. Morale is terrible. Layoffs are constant - people left do not have the resources to complete their assignments. Productivity enhancements / processes / tools are in infancy stage (much less been tested) -but they have cut staff in advance of these launches anyway. This is not fair to the "lucky" people who still have jobs here. At least one crisis a day is normal.

      Pros

      Great people at Conduent Consulting (formerly Buck) but the strong culture is a residual from pre-acquisition and not the result of Xerox executive management. Business unit leaders at the practice level are very solid.

      Cons

      No vision at the executive level for Conduent Corporation. Business decisions are guided primarily on quarterly earnings which are lackluster. Absolutely no innovation.
