      Pros

      Working from home is the ONLY pro.

      Cons

      They train you for 2 weeks and then completely throw you to the wolves. They claim you have a “ramp up períod” where you won’t be as heavily scrutinized for the first 30-60 days, but that is a lie. Constant and incessant micromanagement. They even add homework for you to do, but there’s not enough time during the day to do it, so you end up having to do it without being paid for it.

      Pros

      The structure of the company is great. They do know how to communicate and get things resolved timely from my expiernce.

      Cons

      Working the APPL project is so robotic that sometimes it seems they forget we are human at the end of the day. To be a beginner coming into this company they have the same expectations for an expert who has been working there over a year.
