      Pros

      Good pay, benefits, and safe environments provided due to UNION (UAW) collective bargaining agreement.

      Cons

      Insecure feeling of worth....Company only kept us due to contractual requirements....We made Continental a significant profit with absolute disregard for our future.

      - Good salaries (for the IT market in Iasi) - Nice people - Good work/life balance (but it sometimes depends on the position and current workload) - Decent compensation and health benefits

      Cons

      - I see no opportunities to advance in my career within the next 2-3 years - the facility could look better (happier), no relaxation room.

      Pros

      Good salary, flexible work schedule, few people are good to work with, good bonus. 20% good and 80% not good.

      Cons

      Poor management, heavy work load, no help for people under Visa and who needs GC. They will make you stay with the company forever(basically make you stuck with no choice) if they hold your visa/GC process. Management doesn't recognize hard working people. It's all politics inside the company and HR department will make sure that the employee is not happy.
