      Horrible culture at AN PL4

      Pros

      Good projects expected to come to Bangalore location. Technically growth is good Rich organisation culture.

      Cons

      Trust, freedom to act- which are Conti values is non existent in PL4. Everyone are politically motivated and suspicious of each other in the management. Back stabbing and favouritism is ruining the morale hard working people. Management just want to show they are getting results at cost of burn out of development teams. The new boss is horrible and always threatens everyone. Too much toxicity and micromanagement at all levels.

      Remote Work Flexibility: The company offers a work-from-home option, providing a positive work-life balance. Generous Giveaways: Regular company giveaways contribute to a positive and inclusive work culture.

      Cons

      Long work extension. You cannot go home unless everybody goes home in your team. If you get sick, they will make you feel that it is your fault that you got sick and be guilty. There is no compassion. Inflexible WFH Days: Unlike some teams, there's a lack of flexibility in choosing work-from-home days. Micromanager team lead Lack of Upper Management Awareness: Concerns raised about certain issues seem to be overlooked by upper management. Advice: Avoid that team with long extension hours!
