      Interesting work experience in the Automotive.

      Cons

      - hard to get in (interviews, tests, time to wait), easy to get out (all working contracts are for only a short period of time) - in the last years, the "working students" replaced most of the employees, because they are more cheaper

      Pros

      Truly outstanding and innovative employer. Technology leader or co-leader in many Automotive fields. Opportunities to be involved in a huge variety of different automotive technologies. Work life balance very good in many departments, though this varies with Manager and department. Workload generally manageable.

      Cons

      Very limited promotion opportunities if you are looking to move upwards and continue a career. This has forced many 10+ year employees to leave to seek new challenges. Management spends insufficient effort to provide a stimulating environment for higher potential employees. They will continue to lose talent that should not depart the company.

      Pay is great for the area and benefits are pretty good up to 6% match on 401k taking steps in the right direction to fix cons

      Cons

      Upper management cares more about cleanliness than quality but it's being turned around alot of new faces they are slowly getting rid of the problem people Alot of pressure put on Tire build to meet numbers they need to focus on quality
