      Very ambitious company! Follows best practices from around de world. All about learning and improving. Great people really makes the work better.

      Could reward the top achievers/hard workers better. They tend to somehow overlook some current employers and take them for granted.

      It is very flexible, that helps when you are finishing your studies. Also, you can learn a lot of things, since the team is small and you need to understand all the related projects.

      Cons

      It has many management problems. Planning are constantly changing, usually to the worst (more features in less time = poor software). Get out fast if you go to the operation team.
