      Great culture but little opportunities for personal growth

      - Cultural diversity - Smart people - Flexible hours - Great company events

      Cons

      - Little opportunities to grow for OPS people - Very fast pacing environment - Product teams are pressed by the industry to rollout quickly leading in commercial/ops teams not trained enough to pitch/support clients - Management is not enough qualified to help individual contributors meet their personal objectives

We've been training our managers so they can set you up for success and boost each individual's growth. We strengthened our IDP (Individual Development Plan) in 2021 to keep involving managers more and more in employees' career development. Of course, we know management requires constant adjustments and we're here to learn how we can improve, so thank you for bringing this to our attention.       Adore leaders, teams, every person and the culture is flawless.

      Cons

      Sometimes it’s difficult to get things done due to the size of Criteo. With that said, that teams are so helpful it’s always easy enough!
