We have several processes in place to carefully review feedback received by managers. ​ We are putting the focus on creating a collaborative team progression by involving, training and providing managers with the right tools to support their team members, as shown with the creation of the Manager Behavior Framework and the reinforcement of the IDP (Individual Development Plan) that we have launched since 2020 and 2021.​ Although you might feel that you have already been offered this solution, we strongly encourage you to reach out to your local People Partner to discuss this situation so that you can be supported.
