We have been focusing on offering a positive management experience, with the launch of the Manager Behavior Framework in 2020 based on our values to develop managers by giving them the tools to support and develop their team members. In 2021, the IDP (Individual Development Plan) process has also been reinforced to continue involving managers in their team members' growth.

      It is nice to hear you enjoy the people and company culture we offer here at Criteo. We are encouraging our employees to get together and socialize through Feel-Good Initiatives such as weekly yoga sessions, bartending lessons, and so on. We want to keep the sense of belonging alive, so that is why we brought all our Criteos together in Croatia for the Limitless summit a few months back. We hope you were there to enjoy the experience!
