      It is nice to hear you enjoy the people and company culture we offer here at Criteo. We are encouraging our employees to get together and socialize through Feel-Good Initiatives such as weekly yoga sessions, bartending lessons, and so on. We want to keep the sense of belonging alive, so that is why we brought all our Criteos together in Croatia for the Limitless summit a few months back. We hope you were there to enjoy the experience!

      Building a caring culture is one top ambition of ours, so it is great to read you feel it in the relationships with your peers. Regarding middle management, we want to turn our managers into real team leaders so they can set their own teams up for success.
