Concerning the promotion paths, we encourage you to have this discussion with your manager. We introduced the Individual Development Plan in 2020, with learning sessions on development goals for all employee, and the IDP process has been reinforced in 2021 to involve training managers to support their team members' growth. If you need more information, feel free to reach out to your local PE advisor.
