      Pros

      Truly international and dynamic environment with very collaborative teams. Criteo strongly invests in professional development with a lots of learning opportunities, coaching, and chances to lead global projects. High level of autonomy and trust. Great benefits for families, including real flexibility.

      Cons

      The fast-paced environment can feel overwhelming if you're not used to constant change. Sometimes it’s hard to get a clear view of global vs. local priorities.

      Leadership is somewhat confused, politics are more important than you think of. Unless you do exactly as your direct manager says, even if you are performing well, you are at risk of getting fired
