      People trust you and your are empowered to change nearly everything. Seniority in the company helps a lot though

      Cons

      It might be harder for newcomer to gain trust initially but most people I know have succeeded to do it

      So much growth opportunity with the business that can be frustrating by not moving fast enough.

      - Could be lot of travel in senior positions - Not a start up anymore/ more processed that it used to be

The great thing about our senior positions it that at a relatively early level, we are proud to give our employees global responsibilities and oversight. However with this priviledge can come a lot of travel, and we are absolutely aware of the pressure this can put on people. If you personally have concerns about your own travel, we encourage you to please speak with your manager or HR!
