Firstly, really glad to see you were pleased with the work atmosphere, as well as the career mobility and advancement opportunities. Those are extremely important to us, and hearing this feedback is a great confirmation of our efforts in this area.
On the other points raised - thank you for bringing this to our attention. It's particularly disappointing to see that you felt a lack of training, especially as this is another area that we invest in very strongly. There is a lot of training going on, however we do recognise we need to do a better job in raising the awareness and visibility around this, so that it's more accessible to all our employees. It's a point well made and indeed noted. Again - really appreciate your feedback here!
