On the career growth perspective - you're right, this is especially challenging for our internal IT teams in the regions, where a lot of the department is centralized in Paris. But this is exactly why we are rolling out Career Paths as high priority initiative in Criteo. Everyone, no matter what role, will have visibility into how they can progress - either in their team or otherwise. We've also just had a new leader for the Americas start, and one of his primary responsibilities will be to work with the team on their development.
