Pros
Large organized company that helps you learn how a company's processes must me, it helps you to have processes in your own work. I was lucky to have a great manager/leader that pushed me to improve and gave me independence at the same time, I learned how to trust myself. Specific job description, you're not one of those 'do-it-all' for a very low pay, the salary wasn't great but it was accordingly to my functions.
Cons
One of the managers had some real emotional intelligence issues, he would yell at you one second and then the next he would thank you for the job done. Difficulty in getting promoted or raising salary.
