Pros
Benefits and coworkers are awesome, the overall job is great.
Cons
The organization will drive you till you collapse and if you are single with no family they will abuse that while telling you how great you are and giving coworkers with families holidays off and better shifts. I witnessed a number of discriminatory acts against all types based off favoritism and suspected acts of compliance and fraud.
