      Great bonuses Opportunity for progression/movement around business Lots of training both mandatory and optional

      Cons

      Favouritism Poor management of shift patterns in that department No real attention paid to employee recommendations despite paying lip service to taking them on board and making changes accordingly.

      Oh so many. Complete cluster for morning out door sort. Garage only big enough to park vehicles. Management? Vehicle maintenance non existent.
