      You can grow as fast as you want, you will learn a lot in a little time if you put attention to the details, you will know a lot of people from different areas and constantly get involved in challenging projects

      Pressure, most positions are asked to handle a lot of responsibilities and with huge impact. There is no process-documentation culture, so basically you have to start from zero a lot of processes what gives you the opportunity to be creative and to innovate.
