      Fast moving company with average salaries and good leader development programs but lacking visión at local level

      Pros

      the company has great energy, they have great products and have an amazing control on the company numbers and statistics, have good leadership development programs.

      Cons

      changes too fast (personnel, sales strategies, quality programs) and lack visión at certain levels, since they change too fast there are huge gaps between old school leaders and new age leaders (they are stiff)

      BENEFITS ARE DECENT and a decent 401k

      Cons

      normally you will work 3rd shift. In this department you get a raise once a year and it is usually lower than the cost living. with overtime you will make about 40000 a year
