      Pros

      Good rates of pay and very good commission structure. Good benefits they really value their staff and do all they can to help them. Worldwide brand, who have the market share.

      Cons

      Below par customer services, who pass the buck to field sales staff at every opportunity. Some service issues which do not get resolved.

      potential for advancement, mainly if you can relocate, commissions are good if you are able to meet them. benefits are good.

      Cons

      commission goals become harder and harder to obtain every quarter and some quarters are near impossible to make plan poor base pay some managers are good, others are not in right position

      they gave me alloot of space to work, yes it was a shift job so i couldn't find it very rewarding at all

      your working with people who might not be the wittiest in terms of problem solving or thinkinng on their own. This comes down to the old saying 'you pay peanuts you get monkeys'.
