      Pros

      My department was a good place to work, and I had a good boss. Most of the staff was friendly and the facilities were good.

      Cons

      Some of the other departments seemed to have a good ole boy mentality. There did not seem to be alot of opportunity for advancement. Employee flight benefits could have been improved.

      Pros

      Great if you like being a part of a large international organization. Great for career advancement. Competitive salary. People are friendly.

      Cons

      Information is not communicated to staff in a timely manner. Not sufficient structure, internally and externally. Too much investment on things that may not be the most important.
