      Employer values are decent. They wish to walk a good walk

      Cons

      They do not. They say one thing and do the other. No communication between management. Training is non existent. Only reason to stay is the Union. But beware because of you excel in what you do there they will just give you all the work while letting everyone else away with murder.

      Good team if others but also kept under the cosh

      Really poor management in security function by persons not experienced in the field but micromanage you to suit business. Employment opinion survey is used but pressure is applied for good results. Chaotic workload. Steer clear!!

      Just the Money. When you are strapped for cash this is okay.

      Cons

      Only at the location near San Antonio airport. Communication is horrible. Something is always wrong with the vans the AC or the engine or both or flat tire. I'm not perfect but come on. most of the workers always get hurt but most of them don't even want to make a complaint. no benefits
