      Pros

      The commission structure, employee benefits and rewards were great. If you’re a younger person that enjoys socialising, then this is a great environment (for my team at the time anyway). Overall, I really enjoyed my time at DHL.

      Cons

      No ability to work from home which is unusual for this type of role. Moving ‘up’ can sometimes feel quite tricky and the targeting for a sales role is quite brutal and not very forgiving.
