      Pros

      There is potential to make solid money and good growth avenues you can take to get to where you want to be. Heavily weighted on revenue growth YOY.

      Cons

      Commission is capped and recently lowered so you cannot make as much as you used to. Alot of recent changes causing a negative shift in the culture and seems to be a more micromanaging approach.
