      Management doesnt listen to their subordinates. They dont care what you have to say and when in fact we are the front liners of the company.

      People is incredible everyone there is very friendly.

      Cons

      There is not enough stuff, strategies are planned in 5 minutes and most of the times do not work, they have 2 jobs for everyone at customer service you have to have good metrics and also save other's metrics. In resume very messy environment.
