      Pros

      Good pay and benefits for someone to live comfortably if their rent is close to nothing.

      Cons

      I can't see someone supporting a family with this kind of pay working only part time. Gotta go through the Union to get full time as well

      Pros

      At DHL there is a really great office culture. You have access to managers who help you set and meet sales targets. Upper management really cares about employees and there are a lot of opportunities to get involved beyond your basic job description. We had a kickball team, did volunteer projects at local schools and there was a small gym at the office!

      Cons

      Fast paced environment, which can be good but if you accept this job, realize 90% of your day is spent making sales calls. There's a mix of following up on leads, cold calling and maintaining your existing customer base. If you don't like being on the phone making 50+ calls a day this is not the job for you.
