Pros

DHL provides a reasonable salary and good benefits. The Corporate strategy is strong and growth opportunities are very good.

Cons

The leadership culture is a top down approach. Communication from the Top level regarding general information is good, however, communication from a departmental perspective is poor. Due to the nature of the business, the work hours are demanding and do not support a realistic work/life balance.

I loved the training and the time they spent on each person. very detailed and easy to learn Loved the people and the company ideals

I was let go because of an innocent misunderstanding. I think they should be a little more workable.

they have 2 break rooms with machines.

Cons

They are not willing to pay for a good worker, They never give raises. They want you to work hard but dont give any bonuses or incentives. Supervisors think they can do what they want but write employees up for it Do not do it!
