      Pros

      none now, was much better when it was airborne, if they would have made moves thinking them thru without rushing this company would have made a name fore itself.

      Cons

      upper management is very disorganized, makes discissions without thinking out the ratifications.

      DHL's compensation plan, work-life balance, and quality employees.

      Cons

      The communication factor--during tough times they do not explain what they are going to do to make change. Rather they make radical changes that effects everyones careers.

      Pros

      They are starving for great employees to help them out of their current bind. Through Germany, the company has been supported financially, so they have been very fair to salaries and OK with benefits. My boss realized there was more to life than work, so I was able to take time off as necessary. The senior managment IS trying to communicate to their employees, but recently has been more focused on RIF and restructuring than listening/communicating.

      Cons

      Within the last year, the company has been extremely unprofitable and has been restructuring as best as they can. Career opportunities are horrible unless you jump to a different internal DHL company. Employee morale is low as most people are wondering when they will be RIF'd as well.
