Pros
- Easy interviews to pass (even for technical positions) - Opportunities to learn new stuff if you are just starting your career or have only 1-2 years of technical experience
Cons
- Bad management in all levels. - Lack of true recognition. If you don't have good connection with the "right" people, even if you go the extra mile (continuously), the only thing you'll get back is a pat on the back and a verbal "Thank you!" - Promotions are held for the "older" guys (more years in the company) and not based on skills and input in the team. - Salaries are low compared to other big companies in Prague, and it is very difficult to increase your salary even if you get a promotion or change team and seniority level.
