      Good colleagues and get to work from home every other week

      Cons

      Management are awful and often have no idea what they are doing and only pretend to listen. DHL only pretend to care about you. Canteen is overpriced. Feels like a cult as every manager always tells you how much you should love DHL

      Pros

      The people are great. Almost every person I worked with was genuinely a well intentioned, good human. And that counts for a lot. The company also invests a lot of time and resources in their onboarding experience.

      Cons

      Not necessarily a con, but the company is VERY operations focused. Investments are made in operations, not in corporate functions. Sales people lack the most basic prospecting tools available at most companies but are expected to perform at a high level. Also, the sales compensation is insanely complicated. 1+1 does not equal 2.
