      Just being assured you earn a salary each month

      1. Toxic and unprofessional environment full of gossiping mostly led by some of the supervisors 2. Most of the supervisors are unprofessional, incompetent, egoistic and arrogant. 3. Conflict of interest is a norm - some supervisors have their spouses there and they join forces to bring others they do not like down by constantly finding faults in their work and escalating to management.

      Working with DHL is the best choice I've ever made in my life. When I joined them I felt like home just like my own home truly.

      Pros

      If you are flexible to move your home and family you can promote fairly quickly. Good Healthcare. Good people in general.

      Cons

      White middle age men rules the management. Women are generally treated like admins no matter what their job title is. Old fashion. No transparency in terms of pay scale. No matter how much the company grows you are always in crises mode. Unrealistic targets and goals (not SMART).
