      Challenging work; diverse work environment; opportunity work with and learn from experienced, bright professionals who really know their craft/industry.

      Cons

      If you are new to the industry and depending upon your role and the division you join, it could take some time and application to learn and appreciate the business. Once you do, you'll be okay.

      - stability (in time of recesion) - incredible career opportunities - for enthusiastic people great support by senior management for continuous improvement activities - Many certification possibilities

      Cons

      - stressful before Christmas period - busy all the time - not flexible in times of market expansion
