Things such as process or rules get changed too often. It was time wasting to catch up with all those unnecessary changes which does not leads to customers. Not a good a start for new graduates. As most of the jobs and positions are very focused on specific task, few change to try various experience unless the job is what you would like to specialize in for long term career.

low salary for entry level staff, very limited growth opportunity for staff who are working hard but not engaging in company politics, work until midnight due to the mistakes in other regions; very conservative culture and political environment
