      Very international, salaries are ok and there are internal growth perspectives.

      Cons

      Due to the size can be very hierarchical and there are ongoing internal restructuring programs.

      Pros

      Travelling in business for intercontinental flights still allowed, fair remuneration and good cross-team collaboration and team work in general is good.

      Cons

      Organizational changes every 6 months or sooner. New bosses starting from scratch, re-inventing the wheel. New opportunities almost always stuffed from outside. No sustainability, a lot of self encouragement through activities like employee opinion surveys, which are from an execution point of view a kind of a joke.
