      One of the best employer in Prague

      Pros

      DHL for me means the company where I can make my dreams come true. Prague data center is the biggest data center in DPDHL group. Therefore you can work on projects that affect almost 500 000 DPDHL employess and almost everyone in the world as the potential customer. Pros: Global multicultural environment, 80 nationalities just in the Prague data center building, daily cooperation with Asia and US, HR department focuses on development of employees and continuosly improving all important aspects of working environment. Wide range of benefits: flexible working hours, access to trainings, modern laptop and mobile phone, lunch vouchers, 1 extra week of holidays, 6 sick days, super cheap mobile tariff for you and familly. In senior position you will get a company car, private medical services etc.

      Cons

      As the DPDHL is one of the biggest companies of the world you migh sometimes find this organization not so flexible as small companies as for example startups.

      Pros

      IT Services is generally a great place to work, multicultural and diverse. Lots of focus on Active Leadership and development of employees to a level. Lots of opportunities to move internally within the DHL Group. Still voted Number 1 employer in Czech Republic.

      Cons

      Some middle management and leadership qualities need improving, HR department works well but could do more to improve Career advice and movements within the group. Salary growth within the company is too restrictive compared to the local markets.
