      Lots of opportunities - carrerwise as well as educational Truly global environment Decent benefits Great brand recognition Well respected brand whithin the logistics industry

      Too much politics wich sometimes makes the organization lose track of what is really important, ie results. Poor information from management The company seems to suffer from bi-annual large organizational changes on a global (as well as country) level

      Right place to learn to work in a complex matrix structured organization. A few unethical individuals in leadership.

      Pros

      Not a toxic environment--can say it is collaborative. Overall a pleasant place to work--nobody tries to make life difficult for anyone else. Sufficient opportunities to receive new training and try out different roles. A great deal of camaraderie. Decent work hours and compensation. Steady and stable job with very few individuals ever being given both responsibility and authority.

      Cons

      5-10% of management team is misaligned with the overall goal of the organization. Extreme turnover in middle management due to people moving around the company and out. Diversity within management is non-existent and in spite of external promises to fix this issue--diverse individuals are mostly hired in non-core business/non-revenue generating roles to play "safe" with the most important jobs. Very fragmented, delayed and sudden communication on upcoming changes. Most individuals either have responsibility or authority--very few cases in which an individual has both.
