Pros

Great name of "DHL" helps to builds big image of company. Especially since it's owned by Deutsche Post, "made in Germany" still sells.

Cons

Working at DHL ITS Cyberjaya is like facing a bunch a bossy Management with zero knowledge. Somehow they always mistrust their staff by treating us like kindergarten child. It doesn't reflect "a German Company" at all. It fails in attitude as well as working ethic.
