Unfortunately, it is not as good as we would like it to be, but that's another reason to take it into account for the planning of further improvement actions. A good work-life balance must also include reasonable schedules and work plans. There are situations of higher workloads, especially in moments of peak seasons, yet this should not affect the needed balance that employees deserve. We are working hard through these exceptionally difficult times to make our core mission a reality, connecting people, improving lives, and this has brought challenges that put pressure on the operation, however it's because of the hard work of our workers and leaders that we have accomplished so much! Also, open communication should be fostered throughout the company, and unsupportive and isolated work environments shouldn't be promoted.
