Pros
Easy work, some great co-workers and some pretty decent benefits were available for a job that didn't require too much skill.
Cons
Hours could get very limited based on the amount of mail available, so they would often call you the morning of you shift to tell you not to come in. You are judged mainly on how many pieces of mail you can process per hour. Once our team went above and beyond our goal and instead of rewarding us as they did the previous year, the management simply bumped up the goal so it was tougher to reach. With the ridiculous speed at which we had to work you package is most definitely getting thrown, dropped, damaged and generally not cared about by most employees. Management seemed disorganized overall.
