Pros

Very corporate, but management is friendly, competent, hands on, helpful, and want employees to succeed. If you don't do well at DHL, it's bc you don't want to.

Cons

Long hours standing in one place. Because of security, once your shift begins you can't leave for any reason= not for breaks, or lunches, or to go to an appointment and come back.

- Diversity (gender, culture, age) - Interesting product - Hybrid model of working

Cons

My 3-month experience wasn't great primarily due to issues within the product team and poor management. - Too much politics. - Lack of transparency. - Poor communication (feedback was given behind my back so I missed the chance to hear and improve. I just heard them when by the end of the last working day) - Company cutting costs on everything Interestingly, your referral could end up filling your position—this is just how the company operates, and it happened to me.
