      Pros

      when you first start here, there is buddy training program for 6 months. Having a buddy helps to support the new role in the team. It lets people ask those 'daft' questions and find out how a place really works!

      Cons

      the onboarding program is too long up to 1 year, but if your performance is excellent then after 6 months you will get to convert to permanent role.

      - No career growth - Management keep mentioning about original work from office prior to COVID19, making it as crucial reason to go back to original condition. However, the irony is, what have been 5 years prior will not work well in 2024 due to many factors. Company policies need to evolve according to time
