      - No unified managerial behaviours; some micromanagers - Executive level do not have foresight; heavily affects sales - Unrealistic targeting

      Monthly bonus / yearly bonus. Flexi point claims. Hybrid working arrangement. Easily move around department after 1.5 years.

      Cons

      Not up to market rate. Change is not fast. Too many red tapes.
