the most micromanage company i have ever been till now, they will try to find problem to the employer even though they said they take care of the employee, the micromanage i said is they will involve HR in many matter,
even in PD they always said management monitor our job movement and sometimes they mentioned has been escalade to VP, You guys don't have anything to do?. Even though they said they want to HELP you NO! they just want YOU to follow 110% rules, you do good don't see, but once you do mistake, Management will come to you like AVENGERS ASSEMBLE! and they will question WHY, WHY, WHY, WHY but conclusion to solve the problem
Micromanage
Sick Leave-you got sick today, after 2 days your supervisor will have 121 and ask "reason for sick? why after 1 hour work you sick?"
Tardiness
cannot skip work
rest cannot late if more than 5 minutes the system will put red. we as human if you late 5 minutes you pay back5 minutes work.
i don't see management mistake in this matter, RIGHT.......
