Very disappointed overall & happy after leaving work

None of the ones that really matter. There is simply nothing that distinguishes this employer from other employers. So shame, I wish to have a better experience with this employer
Cons
There is a number of cons, all from my own experience: the lowest paying employer on the labor market, well below the market rate for the same or similar role, HR doesn't care ( after 3 months of waiting for their answer I found out that as long as I earn minimum rate this is fine ( experienced and qualified employee ) stressful environment and poor management, constantly problem with holidays due to lack of replacement ( unbelievable in a such a big company!), much more work to do than a person can handle in a full shift, annual pay ris very poor ( while working there just a little bit over a minimum wage, GOV annual increase was £0.77 p/h but Mine was even less then half of GOV increase )Unfortunately, my bills don't pay themselves but who cares?! leaving was the best decision.
