      Christmas Party, Some employees were helpful to newbies.

      Cons

      All I can say DWS don't help any employee to build their career. The just want money. I would suggest please consider other jobs if you opportunity.

      Thank you for your review. DWS has a structured training framework which allows our staff to undertake practically any technology upskilling they wish to - which the company will not only pay for, but also pay a cash bonus to the individual on completion of that certification. DWS also has a very clear and achievable career progression scheme which clearly sets out how any staff member can progress their Consultant career to whatever heights they wish to take it.

      Pros

      Great top-tier clients in many industries - some hard to get experience with directly. Broad range of staff from a range job backgrounds (devs, PM, BA, tester) can get chance for cross-skill. A diverse and inclusive environment. Paid training for many courses. Discounts for gym, health insurance, computers, many things

      Cons

      Consulting can be challenging, but you learn from that. If you are a self-starter person then can do very well.

      They pay , when you work, as they hv to .

      Cons

      Would suggest not to consider joining , if you hv other offer. Found them having short term mindset. Seen, even full-time, getting terminated. They do not hv lot of projects. Getting out of co can be still fine, but the reasons and shocker which someone got, really affected a lot. Someone was really affected, in many ways.
