      Dedicated people who want to do a good job

      Unrealistic expectations of how quickly it could be turned round Past fears of further layoffs and the uncertainties of the Daikin Takeover have damaged the culture Too many silos Poor to non-existent leadership Japanese culture was not well implemented even thought it was needed Poor understanding of what it takes to compete against the market leaders in the commercial space
