You do work overtime, which is mandatory. The management is absolutely awful. I was told to shut up numerous times and that I was stupid. Managers are biased and you will not move up specifically at the Faribault north location unless you are in with the higher ups. They do not take care of their employees in most regards. The man that overseas the plant had us lie to a tour from headquarters to make it look like we had parts, inspections complete, and that we were on track to complete company goals. It’s just a spiderweb of lies. Do not waste your time. It’s not worth the pay, I promise you.
