You're promised top notch training and receive basic information on the equipment, You're promised career advancement and career path development without any progress. Each district has large coverage areas and too few employees to cover each area properly. Corporate constantly changes there future forecast of intention for its employees and their path. There is too many changes in ideals.

Was lied to during the hiring process about hours that would be required. Have typically worked 70+ hour weeks since beginning which is unsustainable long term. Training for supervisors is non existent you’re expected to learn the ins and outs of giant hvac systems plus all of the processes of the plant despite the fact there are no written SOPs anywhere. Dealing with the union rules and regulations is a nightmare especially since you receive no training on it only a 50 page book which covers about 1/4 of the issues you’ll encounter.
